The Coatyl 150 (C-150) was specifically designed and developed by EMW Nuclear for use by client personnel for the removal, installation, and maintenance of manipulator arms. The robust, all-aluminium fixture features a sliding mechanism for pulling and installing manipulators directly into their through-tubes, as well as a tilting mechanism for arms that cannot achieve a flat plane during installation. The fixture features several intuitive locks, pins, and stops for safe operation, as well as a closing saddle that securely holds the manipulator tube in place.
Rated for weights up to 150kgs, the C-300 is used by clients to handle all Trumotion models, and can also be adapted for GLD-R or light GLDs. Other saddle types available on request.
Compatible with Strongway, Vestil, or Genie material handling carts.
